Are there long-term risks associated with NAD+?

NAD+ is generally considered well tolerated when used under medical supervision. However, prolonged or high-dose use may carry potential risks. These may include:

• Persistent injection site irritation with repeated use

• Gastrointestinal discomfort

• Changes in blood pressure or heart rate

• Temporary fatigue following administration

• Limited long-term data in certain populations

Your provider will monitor your response to therapy and adjust your plan as needed to maintain safety and effectiveness.
