How do I update my shipping address?

Your shipping address is stored in Profile β†’ User Information and can be updated at any time. Whether a change can be applied to an order already in progress depends on where that order is in the fulfillment process.

To update your address for future orders:

  1. Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.

  2. Click your name in the top right corner, then select Profile.

  3. You'll land on the User Information tab.

  4. Scroll down to the address fields: Address line 1, Address line 2, State, City, and ZIP Code.

  5. Update your details and click Save.

πŸ’‘ Quick Tip: Double-check that your State, City, and ZIP Code fields are all filled in β€” the address won't save correctly if any required fields are left blank.

Need to change the address on an order already placed?

This depends on where your order is in the fulfillment process:

  • If your order hasn't been sent to the pharmacy yet β€” our support team may be able to update the address. Contact us immediately through the patient dashboard.

  • If your order has already been routed to the pharmacy β€” changes become manual and are not guaranteed. Our team will do everything possible, but we cannot confirm a change will be made in time.
