Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track any order directly from your portal at any time.
To track your order:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click Orders in the left navigation menu — or click your name in the top right and select Orders.
Select the order you want to track.
Click the Tracking tab on the order detail page.
You'll see the latest status and carrier updates for your shipment.
Understanding your tracking status:
Label Created, Not Yet Shipped — Your order has been submitted to the pharmacy and a shipping label has been generated. The carrier hasn't scanned the package yet. This is normal and typically resolves within 1–2 business days.
In Transit — Your package is on its way. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.
Out for Delivery — Your package is with the carrier for final delivery today.
Delivered — The carrier has marked your package as delivered. Check your mailbox, doorstep, or a secure location nearby.
Return to Sender — The carrier was unable to deliver and is returning the package. Check that your address in Profile → User Information is correct and contact us immediately through the patient dashboard.
📌 Important: Tracking may not update in real time. If your tracking hasn't changed for more than 3 business days, send a message through the patient dashboard and we'll investigate.
