New Patient Orientation
Welcome to YupMD. This article walks you through everything you need to know to get started — where to find your prescription, how to message your provider, and what to expect before your first delivery arrives.
Your Patient Portal at a glance
Once you log in at yupmd.com/dashboard/home, you'll see the following in your left navigation menu:
Home — your dashboard homepage, including your referral link
Invitations — refer friends and track your referral credits
Discount — any discount codes applied to your account
Orders — view all past and current orders, tracking, documents, and results
Subscriptions — manage your active subscription, see your next charge date, and cancel or pause if needed
Medical chat — message your provider or care team
Profile — update your personal information, password, and payment method (Wallet)
Step 1 — Check your medical review status
After submitting your intake, a licensed provider will review your case. This typically takes within 24 hours. You'll be notified by email when your provider has responded or if they need additional information from you. If you have questions, current and former patients: Log into your account and send us a message through the secure patient dashboard.

Step 2 — Find your prescription and treatment plan
Once approved, your prescription details are available in Orders. Click on your order and select the Documents tab to view your prescribed medication, dosage, and provider notes.
Step 3 — Understand your dosing
Your treatment plan will specify your starting dose and escalation schedule.
Step 4 — Know when your first delivery is coming
Your order is processed after your provider approves your prescription and payment is captured. You can track your shipment in Orders → Tracking tab. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days of processing.
