Your prescription details and treatment plan are available within your order in the Patient Portal.
To view your prescription and treatment plan:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click Orders in the left navigation menu — or click your name in the top right and select Orders.
Select the relevant order.
On the order detail page, use the tabs to find what you need:
Overview — product details, subscription plan, and payment summary.
Documents — your prescription documentation and provider notes.
Results — any lab results or outcome data associated with your treatment.
Tracking — your shipment status.
💡 Quick Tip: If your provider has recently updated your dosage or treatment plan, the updated details will appear in the Documents tab within 24 hours.
What if my order details don't match what I received?
Log into your account and send us a message through the secure patient dashboard immediately. Do not administer any medication that doesn't match your prescribed plan.
