I haven't heard back from my provider

After submitting your intake, a licensed provider will review your case. Here's what to know about timing and what to do if you're waiting.

Expected response times:

  • Initial medical review: within 24 hours of intake submission

  • Provider messages (follow-up questions): within 24–48 business hours

  • Weekends and holidays: responses may be delayed until the next business day

Check for action items first

Before contacting support, log into your account and check Medical chat β€” your provider may have already sent a message asking for additional information. If there's an outstanding question from your provider, your order cannot move forward until it's answered.

Still nothing after 24–48 hours?

Send a message via Medical chat to our care team (not your provider thread) and let us know. Include the date you submitted your intake and we'll follow up on your behalf.
