How do I add or remove items from my subscription?

To add or remove items from your subscription, contact your care team through the patient dashboard. New prescription items require provider approval before they can be added.

To request a change:

  1. Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.

  2. Send a message through the secure patient dashboard specifying what you'd like to add or remove.

  3. For new medications, your provider will review and approve the addition β€” this typically takes 24–48 business hours.

  4. Once confirmed, the change will apply to your next order.

πŸ“Œ Important: Reach out at least 48 hours before your Next Run date (visible on the Subscriptions page) for changes to take effect before your upcoming shipment.
