YupMD accepts the following payment methods:
All major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
All major debit cards
HSA (Health Savings Account) cards — accepted for eligible medical services and prescriptions
FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards — accepted for eligible medical services and prescriptions
📌 Important: YupMD does not currently accept PayPal, bank transfers, checks, or cash payments.
Using an HSA or FSA card?
Your YupMD subscription — including the medical consultation and prescribed medications — is generally eligible for reimbursement through HSA and FSA accounts. If your card is declined, it is most commonly due to card issuer restrictions rather than an ineligible expense. Contact your plan administrator to confirm your card settings.
YupMD does not provide itemized receipts at this time. If your HSA or FSA requires documentation, send us a message through the patient dashboard and we will do our best to assist.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. YupMD uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your full card number. All payment processing is fully encrypted in transit and at rest.
