Your payment method is managed in your Wallet, found inside your Profile. You can add a new card, edit an existing card's details, or remove a card at any time.
To edit an existing card:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click your name in the top right corner, then select Profile from the dropdown.
Click the Wallet tab at the top of the Profile page.
Hover over your saved card and click the Edit button (pencil icon).
Update your Cardholder Name and/or Expiry Date in the Edit Card modal.
Click Update Card to save.
To add a brand new card:
Follow steps 1β3 above to reach the Wallet tab.
Click + Add New Card.
Enter your new card details and save.
π Important: If you have a failed payment pending, we will automatically attempt to charge the updated card once saved.
Accepted payment methods:
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
HSA (Health Savings Account) cards
FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards
