What do I do if I miss a dose?

Missing an occasional dose happens. Here's exactly what to do depending on your medication.

GLP-1 Injections (Weekly)

  • If it's been less than 4 days since your missed dose: Take your injection as soon as you remember, then resume your regular weekly schedule.

  • If it's been 4 or more days: Skip the missed dose entirely. Do not double up. Take your next scheduled dose on your normal day.

  • Never take two doses in the same week to make up for a missed one.

Sermorelin (Daily)

  • If you miss an evening dose, skip it β€” do not take it the next morning.

  • Resume your normal dosing schedule the following evening.

  • Do not double up doses.

Glutathione, NAD+, MIC+B12

  • Follow the specific guidance on your prescription label.

  • If you're unsure, send a message through the patient dashboard before resuming.

General rule for all medications:

When in doubt, skip the missed dose and resume your normal schedule. Never try to catch up with a double dose. If you've missed multiple doses in a row, send a message through the patient dashboard before restarting β€” your provider may want to adjust your re-introduction plan.

πŸ“Œ Important: Your provider's instructions always take precedence over general guidance. If your prescription label says something different, follow that.
