I can't log into my account

If you're having trouble accessing your account, work through the following steps in order.

Step 1 β€” Check you're using the right email

Make sure you're entering the email address you used when you first signed up with YupMD. If you signed up with Google or Apple, try clicking the Google or Apple sign-in button on the login page instead of entering a password manually.

Step 2 β€” Reset your password

  1. Go to yupmd.com and click Log In.

  2. Click Forgot Password? below the password field.

  3. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.

  4. Check your inbox β€” including your spam or junk folder β€” for the reset email.

  5. Click the link and follow the prompts to set a new password.

πŸ“Œ Important: The reset link expires after 24 hours. If it has expired, request a new one from the login page.

Step 3 β€” Still locked out?

If you've tried the above and still can't get in, contact us via the chat bubble at yupmd.com. Please have your registered email address ready β€” that's how we'll locate your account.
