If you completed your intake, made a purchase, or requested a password reset but didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, here's what to check.
1. Check your spam or junk folder YupMD emails occasionally get filtered. Search for emails from yupmd.com in all folders.
2. Check you used the right email address Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home and go to Profile β User Information to confirm the email address on file is the one you're checking.
3. Allow up to 10 minutes Confirmation emails are sent immediately but can be delayed by your email provider. Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox before contacting support.
4. Still nothing? Contact us via the chat bubble at yupmd.com. Let us know which email you're expecting (intake confirmation, order confirmation, shipping notification, or password reset) and we'll resend it or confirm the action was processed on our end.
