Your name, email, phone number, and address are all managed in Profile → User Information. You can update most fields directly — no need to contact support.
To update your contact information:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click your name in the top right corner, then select Profile from the dropdown.
You'll land on the User Information tab.
Update any of the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Date of Birth, or Address.
Scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.
📌 Important: If you update your email address, you will need to use that new email to log in going forward. Make sure it's an address you actively check — your provider messages and order notifications will be sent there.
