You can reset your password from the login page, or change it from within your account via the Profile page.
To reset your password from the login page:
Visit yupmd.com and click Log In.
Click Forgot Password? below the password field.
Enter the email address on your YupMD account and click Send Reset Link.
Open the password reset email from YupMD in your inbox.
Click the reset link, enter your new password, and confirm.
Click Save. You're now logged in.
To change your password while already logged in:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click your name in the top right corner, then select Profile.
Click the Change Password tab at the top of the Profile page.
Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
Click Save.
📌 Important: The emailed reset link expires after 24 hours. If your link has expired, return to the login page and click Forgot Password? to request a new one.
Didn't receive the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you're using the email address you registered with.
Allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive.
