Your YupMD Patient Portal is where you manage your subscription, message your provider, track orders, and review your treatment. Here's how to access it.
To log in:
Visit yupmd.com and click Log In in the top right corner, or go directly to yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Enter the email address associated with your YupMD account.
Enter your password and click Log In.
You'll be taken to your Patient Portal home screen.
Forgot your password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password? below the password field.
Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
Check your inbox for a password reset email from YupMD.
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
📌 Important: Don't see the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. The link expires after 24 hours — if it has expired, request a new one from the login page.
Still can't log in?
Click the chat bubble at the bottom right of yupmd.com to reach our support team. Make sure to use the email address you used when you first signed up.
