Your complete order history is available in the Orders section of your Patient Portal.
To view your order history:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click Orders in the left navigation menu β or click your name in the top right and select Orders.
You'll see a list of all past and current orders, sorted by date.
Click any order to view its full details across the Overview, Tracking, Documents, and Results tabs.
What you'll see in each order:
Order number and date placed
Product details and subscription plan
Payment breakdown including any discounts applied
Shipment tracking status
Prescription documents
Results (if applicable)
π‘ Quick Tip: Order confirmation emails are also sent to your registered email address at the time of each order. Check your inbox or spam folder if you need a copy.
Don't see an expected order?
It may still be in provider review. Check Subscriptions to confirm your Next Run date, or send a message through the patient dashboard if you believe something is missing.
