To reactivate:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Send a message through the secure patient dashboard letting your care team know you'd like to reactivate and which treatment you'd like to resume.
They'll confirm next steps, including your new Next Run date, which will appear in the Subscriptions table once active.
π Important: If your prescription has expired since you canceled, our medical team will need to review your case before your order can be processed. This typically takes 24β48 business hours.
What if my previous treatment is no longer right for me?
Let your care team know in the same message. Your provider can update your treatment plan before reactivating.
