You can check your upcoming order date at any time from your Subscriptions page β no need to contact support.
To find your next delivery date:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click Subscriptions in the left navigation menu.
Look at the Next Run column on your subscription row. This is when your order will be processed and sent to the pharmacy.
π‘ Quick Tip: Your Next Run date (when your order is created and charged) is different from your delivery date (when it arrives at your door). Orders typically take 2β7 business days from your Next Run date to arrive, depending on your location.
Need your order sooner?
If you're running low on medication ahead of your Next Run date, send a message through the patient dashboard. Your care team may be able to move your order up depending on your prescription and supply status.
Need to push your next order back?
If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can pause directly from the Subscriptions page. If you're on a prepaid plan, send a message through the patient dashboard at least 48 hours before your Next Run date. See: How do I pause or skip my subscription?
