Your subscription frequency (e.g., every 2 months) is set when your treatment plan is created. To request a change, contact your care team through the patient dashboard.
To request a frequency change:
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click Subscriptions in the left navigation menu to note your current Frequency and Next Run date.
Send a message through the secure patient dashboard specifying what frequency you'd like (e.g., monthly instead of every 2 months).
Your care team will confirm the update and your Subscriptions table will reflect the new frequency.
π Important: Reach out at least 48 hours before your Next Run date for the change to take effect before your upcoming order.
