How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription directly from the Subscriptions page in your Patient Portal. To make sure the cancellation takes effect before your next charge, do this at least 48 hours before your Next Run date.

πŸ“Œ Important: Canceling your subscription does not cancel an order that is already being processed or has already shipped. If your order has already been placed, see: What is your refund policy?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.

  2. Click Subscriptions in the left navigation menu.

  3. Find your active subscription in the table. Check the Next Run column to confirm your upcoming charge date.

  4. Click the "..." (three-dot menu) at the far right of your subscription row.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

  6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You'll receive an email confirming it has been processed.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

  • Any order already processing or shipped will continue as normal.

  • Your account and medical records remain accessible β€” you can reactivate at any time.

  • You will retain access to the patient dashboard to message your provider.
