Need to skip your next shipment? If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can pause or skip your next order directly from your Subscriptions page.
π Important: The pause option is only available on month-to-month subscriptions. If you're on a prepaid 2-month or longer plan, shipments are scheduled as part of your prepaid billing and cannot be paused. Contact us through your patient dashboard if you have questions about your plan type.
To pause or skip your next shipment (month-to-month plans):
Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.
Click Subscriptions in the left navigation menu.
Find your active subscription in the table.
Click the "..." (three-dot menu) at the far right of your subscription row.
Select Pause or Skip Next Month.
Confirm your selection. Your next charge and shipment will be skipped.
What does "pause" actually do?
Pausing prevents your next automatic charge and shipment from processing. Your subscription remains active and will resume the following cycle automatically β you don't need to do anything to restart it.
