When will I be charged next / when is my next order date?

Your next charge and order date are visible directly on the Subscriptions page β€” no need to contact support.

To find your next charge date:

  1. Log into your account at yupmd.com/dashboard/home.

  2. Click Subscriptions in the left navigation menu.

  3. Look at the Next Run column on your subscription row. This shows the exact date and time your next order will be processed and charged.

You'll also see:

  • Frequency β€” how often your subscription runs (e.g., 2 Month)

  • Amount β€” what you'll be charged at the next run

  • Status β€” whether your subscription is Active

πŸ“Œ Important: Your charge processes on the Next Run date before your order is sent to the pharmacy. If your payment method needs updating, do this before that date. See: How do I update my payment method?

Need to push the date back?

If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can pause directly from the Subscriptions page. If you're on a prepaid plan, send a message through the patient dashboard at least 48 hours before your Next Run date.
